Working terms

Before work begins, we agree deliverables, responsibilities, production dates, fees, tax, usage rights and additional costs. Consultations and one-off projects are arranged separately from ongoing support. Shared deliverables are not charged twice.

Unless otherwise agreed, you handle sales, payments, fulfilment and after-sales service.
